Left to Eat analyses and draws charts of your weight trends to help you understand what your weight is doing over time, so you can quickly correct trends that are going in the wrong direction.

Left to Eat also calculates your daily calorie surplus or deficit by subtracting the amount youve eaten from the amount youve burned. It does this by reading your Apple Health data for resting energy, active energy, and dietary energy.

Because Left to Eat does the calculations for you, and lets you see your calorie balance at a glance, it’s the perfect companion to Apple’s Activity app, or any other apps you’re using to track your dietary, resting, and active energy.

To meet your goals, it’s important to correct and maintain your habits over time, so Left to Eat also analyses and charts your trends - the free version shows your short term trend, and the Pro Version in-app purchase unlocks your medium and long term trends.

Left to Eat also shows the history of your daily calorie surplus or deficit - the free version lets you see the last 3 days of your history, and the Pro Version in-app purchase unlocks the last 3 years of your history.

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, bulk up, or maintain your weight, use our free version for as long as you like, and if you find Left to Eat useful, consider supporting us, and future development, by purchasing the Pro Version.
